To play well their role ,college advisors should give enough consideration to the operability and effectiveness of the methods and try to achieve maximum effect with minimum cost ,and in doing so ,they must stick to the people-first principle and the principle of adaptation to circumstance .Indi-vidual interviews ,practical experience and experience sharing are some of the important ways advisors can use to play their role successfully with the art of verbal communication and psychological counse-ling .
