摘要
设计是创新经济发展的核心要素,但是,与设计的经济价值备受关注相对立,如何评价设计的社会价值却在一定程度上被忽视。文章以产品设计为例,尝试提出用"社会价值系数"来计量产品设计的社会价值,并建立了产品设计的"社会价值系数=产品设计的正外部性影响÷产品设计的负外部性影响"的评价公式和一套具体的计量办法,既充分肯定产品设计对于社会发展的积极作用,又综合考虑产品设计给资源和环境造成的负面影响,旨在促进企业的产品设计活动在社会与经济价值之间保持良好的动态平衡,真正实现可持续发展。
Design is the core factor for the development of innovative economy; however, compared with design' s sign as economic value, the evaluation of its social value has been neglected to some extent. Taking the product dean example, this paper tries to propose applying the "social value coefficient" to measure its social value, and has meanwhile set up the evaluation formula of "social value coefficient = positive external impact ÷ negative external impact" as well as a set of specific measures which not only confirm the positive role of the product design but also consider its negative impact on resources and the environment so as to help strike a good balance between the social value and the economic value of enterprises' product design activities and to realize its sustainable development.
