大学生就业压力问题探析

An Analysis of College Students' Employment Pressure

随着高等教育的普及,当前的大学生面临严峻的就业形势,并承受着沉重的心理压力。一些大学生由于经不起现实的打击,出现了就业恐惧症,少数学生甚至产生了严重的心理问题,这些问题困扰着学生、家长以及整个社会。针对大学生就业问题展开讨论,分析了大学生就业现状,并阐述了大学生在就业中产生的压力问题以及原因,最后探究了大学生就业压力的应对策略。

Along with the popularization of higher education,college graduates have to face employment difficulties and bear employment pressure.What is worse,some graduates are psychologically fearful of employment.All the problems have troubled the people concerned in the society.This article analyses the employment for college students,discusses the employment pressure and the reasons,and suggests some countermeasures.
