公路货运行业作为物流业高排放领域,在倡导低碳经济、绿色发展的今天,如何实现低碳化显得尤为必要。经济的发展带来了公路货运量的不断增长,公路货运行业面临着基础设施水平不高、行业管理水平较差、技术不够成熟、低碳化规章制度不够健全等问题。为实现低碳化发展,应优化公路货运行业的内部管理,积极发展多种运输方式,加强车辆日常保养和维护,加强驾驶技术管理,完善内部信息系统;加快新能源和新车辆技术的研发;政府方面应积极完善公路货运基础设施建设,健全相关的法律法规。

At present, the whole society vigorously promotes energy conservation and low carbon economy, so it is necessary to achieve the low - carbon development goal of road freight transport because it is the high emission area in logistics. The cargo traffic grows rapidly which is pushed by the development of economy, and the road freight transport has to face lots of problems such as it has much to do with the facilities of the road transport, the management level of road freight transport enterprises is low, the related technology is unripe, the rules and regulations of low - carbon is not perfect and so on. Here are some suggestions a- bout how to improve the current situation：optimizing the management of road freight transport, such as using multiple transporta- tion means, strengthening daily maintenance and repairing, improving driving technology and perfecting the internal information system ; accelerating the development of the technology on new energy and new vehicles ; perfecting the infrastructure construction and regulation systems of low - carbon in the road freight transport area.
