摘要
高等教育大众化、普及化并不意味着管理粗放化,相反,更要求精细化、多样化。在新建本科院校转型发展及高等教育秩序重构过程中,分类管理与评价是教育主管部门和高校管理者必须面对的理论命题,也是极具挑战性的实践命题。分类管理与评价问题有它的复杂性,从宏观到微观,从理论到实践等几个维度和各个层面都存在。可以从院校的分类管理与评价、专业的分类建设和学生分类培养与评价等三个层面对这个问题进行论述和分析。
Popularization of higher education does not mean that its management is extensive. On the contrary, it re- quires more refinement and diversified. In the process of order reconstruction of higher education and the transformation de- velopment of newly-built colleges, classified management and evaluation is not only a complex theoretical proposition which education authorities and college administrators must deal with, but also a challenging practical proposition. Classified man- agement and evaluation has its complexity in several dimensions and levels, from macro to micro, from theory to practice, etc. This paper discusses and analyzes the proposition from three aspects such as classified management and evaluation, clas- sified construction of professions and classified training and evaluation of students.
