福建海洋战略新兴产业融资模式研究

Researches on the Financing Modes of Emerging Industries of the Fujian Marine Strategy

福建作为全国第四个海洋经济发展试点省后,确定了五个重点发展产业。这五个产业在三次产业分类、科技含量、项目规模以及行业生命周期等四个角度下可分析出它们的融资需求特点,可以针对中小型、中大型和大型等三类海洋高科技新兴产业分别提出"三主三补"、"二主二重三补"、"二主一重四补"等不同的融资模式设计,并从金融支持角度提出优化福建海洋战略新兴产业融资的相关对策。

As the fourth pilot province of the national marine economy advance, Fujian province fixes up five key indus- tries. After analyzing their financing demand characteristics from four different angles, such as the three industry classifica- tion, content of science and technology, project scale and industry life cycle, the marine high-tech industry is divided into three categories of the medium-small, medium-large and large scale. According to the three types, different financing modes are put forward, such as ＂three mains and three supplements＂, ＂two mains, two heavies and three supplements＂, ＂two mains, one heavy and four supplements＂. Finally, the relevant countermeasures to optimize Fujian＇s marine strategy emerging indus- tries financing are suggested from the perspective of financial support.
