优质硅砖生产中原料除铁工艺及添加剂自动添加系统的研发

摘要 为提高硅砖的成品率和性能指标,进一步降低产品能耗,研究了硅砖生产过程中容易影响制品性能和成品率的关键环节和设备,并参考国内外先进技术,研发出原料除铁工艺及添加剂、矿化剂自动添加系统,确定了优质硅砖生产线相应环节的最佳技术方案,最大限度地提高了成品质量并降低能耗。 To increase yield and performance indicators and decrease product energy consumption,the key parts and equipment in production of silica bricks which can easily effect product performances and yield were studied. Furthermore,with reference to domestic and international advanced technologies,the raw materical iron-removal process and automatic added system for additives and mineralizers were developed and a best technical program was determined for the production of high quality silica bricks to optimize product quality and minimize the energy consumption.
