Improvement of major technologies and effects in Maerz kiln of Liusteel

针对我厂麦尔兹窑在实际生产运行中出现的问题,对窑顶可逆皮带、喷枪软管连接方式、悬挂缸浇注料、喷枪材料等关键设备进行改造。通过改造,麦尔兹窑设备故障停机时间大幅度减少,产量得到显著提高。

To solve the problems of production process in Maerz kiln of Liusteel,the major technologies such as reversible belt at crown,connection mode of spraygun tube,suspension cylinder castables and spraygun materical were improved. After that,the down time of equipments in the kiln is greatly shortened and the production is significantly increased.
