摘要
为了解新入职教师的心理健康现状及相关影响因素,本研究采用心理症状自评量表SCL-90、领悟社会支持量表和一般自我效能感量表,调查了合肥市302名新入职的中学教师。调查发现:(1)新教师总体心理健康状况良好,但强迫和焦虑两项因子得分显著高于国内成人常模;男性新教师的心理健康水平低于女性新教师;家在外地的新教师的心理健康水平低于家在本地的新教师;私立学校新教师的心理健康水平低于公立学校新教师;毕业于非师范院校和其他师范院校的新教师的心理健康水平低于毕业于教育部直属师范院校的新教师;新教师的心理健康状况与领悟社会支持以及一般自我效能感均呈现出显著的负相关。其中,朋友支持、一般自我效能感和其他社会支持对新教师心理健康问题有显著的反向预测作用。
In order to understand the physical health conditions of newly - recruited teachers and the relevant factors, the research takes the investigation of 302 newly-recruited middle school teachers in Hefei by using the methods of Symptom Checklist 90, Perceived Social Support Scale and General Self-Efficacy Scale. We have the following discoveries: Firstly, the general psychological health conditions of new teachers are good, while the obsessive-compulsive disorder and anxiety are the two factors that are notably beyond the normal model Of adults in China. Secondly, the psychological health conditions of newly- recruited male teachers are worse than the female ones. Thirdly, the psychological health conditions of newly-recruited teachers whose hometowns are elsewhere are worse than those who are local. Fourthly, the psychological health conditions of newly-recruited teachers of private schools are worse than those of public schools. Fifthly, the psychological health conditions of newly-recruited teachers graduating from the non-teacher universities and other normal universities are worse than those graduating from Normal Universities directly under the Ministry of Education. Sixthly, the psychological health conditions of new teachers present the negative correlation with Perceived Social Support General Self-Efficacy. Among all, support from friends, General Self-Efficacy and other social support presents the notable revert prediction functions to the psychological health conditions of newly-recruited teachers.
