莫西沙星雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的疗效观察

The Efficacy of Moxifloxacin Inhalation Therapy in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Respiratory Failure

目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭采用莫西沙星雾化吸入治疗效果。方法:本次选取100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者作研究对象,均为2013年1月-2014年1月笔者所在医院收治,随机分组,观察组50例采用莫西沙星雾化吸入治疗,对照组50例采用沙丁胺醇溶液雾化吸入治疗,对两组临床疗效进行比较。结果:主观症状量表评分两组在治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后均有下降,但观察组下降幅度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均无严重副反应发生,观察组仅口腔黏膜感染2例,对照组胃部不适2例,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者采用莫西沙星雾化吸入治疗,可促使临床症状明显改善,无严重不良事件发生,改善预后价值重大,值得临床广泛推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the effect of moxifloxacin inhalation treatment in COPD patients with respiratory failure.Method：The 100 patients with respiratory failure in patients with COPD were selected as the object of study,both in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were treated,they were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in the observation group used inhalation therapy using Moxifloxacin,50 cases in the control group used Albuterol inhalation solution treatment,the effect of the two groups were compared.Result：The scores of subjective symptoms before treatment had no significant difference in two groups（P〉0.05）,they all were decreased after treatment,but the scores of subjective symptoms deceased more in the observation group than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.There were no serious adverse events occurred in the observation group,and only 2 cases of oral infections,there were 2 cases of stomach upset in the control group,there was no statistical difference in two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Moxifloxacin inhalation therapy in the treatment of COPD patients with respiratory failure can contribute to clinical improvement,with no serious adverse events,in order to improve the prognostic value of material,worthy of wider application.
