基层医院急诊科实习生新流程化带教的效果评价

摘要 目的:分析应用新流程化带教方法对基层医院急诊科实习生带教的效果。方法:对我院急诊科2013年5月1日至8月31日的30名实习生分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用传统带教方法,观察组采用新流程化带教,出科进行考核评分与满意度测评。结果:通过新流程化带教,实习生出科考核成绩较传统考核分数高,而且满意度测评结果普遍较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对基层医院急诊科实习生进行新流程化带教能有效提高实习生的综合素质,值得基层医院在实习生带教中推广应用。 Objective]To evaluate the effects of new streamlining teaching method for interns in the emergency department of basic hospitals .[Method]Thirty interns in the emergency department of our hospitalwere randomly divided into two groupsfrom May 1st ,2013 to August 31st ,2013 .Contrast group was taught usingtraditional method ,and observinggroupwas taught with new streamlining method .Scores of departmental rotation examination and satisfaction test were recorded .[Result]The scores of departmental rotation examination and satisfaction test of thegroupusing thenew streamlining teaching method were significantly higher than the contrast group( P&lt;0.05) .[Conclusion]New streamlining teaching method in the grass-roots hospital emer-gency department can improve the overall qualities of interns and it is worthyto be generalizein the basic hospitals during interns teaching .
