创伤急救情景演练在急救技能教学中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨住院医师规范化培训学员的创伤急救基本技能培训教学方法,提高院前急救和临床综合判断处理能力。方法:对2012年、2013年招收的37名住院医师规范化培训学员进行创伤急救技能培训,培训结束后进行理论与技能考核及问卷调查,并与2011年度未使用创伤急救情景演练培训的住院医师考试成绩相比较。结果:2012年度和2013年度的住院医师规范化培训学员的理论考试和临床技能考核平均成绩均高于2011年度,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);94.56%学员认为创伤急救情景演练培训对提高自身的急救技能操作、综合判断与处理能力和团队协作能力都有很大的帮助。结论:采用创伤急救情景演练进行创伤急救技能培训,可提高学员的学习兴趣外科急救技能和综合判断处理能力。 Objective ]To investigate theteaching methodof trauma emergency skills in standardized training for residency of general practitioners ,and improve the pre-hospital first aid ability and comprehensive ability in clinical judgment in emergency diagnosis .[Method] 37 general practitioners enrolled between 2012 and 2013 attended the emergency trauma skills training . Theory and clinical skills examination and questionnaire were performed after the training .The examination scores were com-pared with thatof general practitioners enrolled in 2011 with no trauma emergency scenario exercise training .[Result]The aver-age scoreof theory and clinical skills examination of the practitionersenrolled between 2012 and 2013 wassignificantly higher than practitioners enrolled in 2011 ( P&lt;0 .05 ) .94 .56% of the students thought that scenario-based trainingcould help to improve their first aid skills ,judgment and processing ability and the team cooperation ability .[Conclusion]Application of scenario-based training in trauma emergency skill teaching canstimulate the learning interestof students ,improve surgical skills and com-prehensive judgment capacity .
