2002-2012年浙中地区基层卫生队伍变迁及现状分析

Variation of grassroots health team and present situation research in central area of Zhejiang in 2002- 2012

目的:通过基层卫生队伍变化的调查,分析10年来浙中地区农村基层卫生队伍建设取得的成绩和存在的问题,提出进一步完善卫生人才队伍建设的措施。方法:采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法,对浙中地区128个乡镇卫生院的注册基层医生进行调查;同时调取2002年、2005年、2008年、2010年及2012年共5个时段相同区域的同类数据进行对比分析。结果:10年来乡镇卫生院卫生人员数量逐渐增加,学历层次明显提高,职称结构得到改善;但卫生队伍年龄结构有老化趋势,对工作的满意度不高。结论:建议提高基层医生的地位和待遇,改善工作环境和工作条件,加快适应基层卫生工作的人才队伍培养。

Objective ]The variation of grassroots health team was investigated andthe achievements and existing problems of ru-ral grassroots health team construction was analyzed in Zhejiang in the past 10 yearsto put forward perfect measures for construc-tion of health talent team . [Method]128 doctors in township health centers in middle area of Zhejiang were investigated by stratified cluster random sampling .Meanwhile ,congeneric data were obtained to carry out comparative analysis in the same re-gion in 2002 ,2005 ,2008 ,2010 and 2012 .[Result]Over the past 10 years ,the amount of medical personnel increased gradual-ly ,the level of academic qualifications increased significantly and the title structure was improved .However ,the age structure had an aging tendency ,andthe degree of satisfaction to work was not high .[Conclusion]It was suggested to improvethe status ,treat-ment and working conditions of grassroots doctors ,and to speed up the development of talent team adapting to the grassroots health work .
