栎木屑中加入银杏叶培育功能型银杏香菇试验,设计6种配方。统计菌丝培养和越夏过程中袋料杂菌感染率、香菇产量、经济效益分析,确定了栎木屑中加入10%-20%的银杏叶是生产功能型银杏香菇的适宜袋料配方。
