天然药用果蔬保鲜剂的研究进展

本文通过介绍近几年国内外对天然药用果蔬保鲜剂的研究,分析药用保鲜剂对果蔬保鲜作用的状况,提出天然药用保鲜剂对果蔬保鲜的安全性与可持续发展的必要性。然后对果蔬贮藏保鲜效果方面进行回顾和总结,以期为安全高效的果蔬保鲜剂开发提供参考和帮助。

This paper introduces the study of natural medicinal fruit and vegetables antistaling agent at home and abroad in recent years , analyzing the current situation of medicinal antistaling agent on fresh-keeping effect , put forward the natural antistaling agent for security and for fruits and vegetable to the necessity of sustainable development.Then the fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping effect,to review and summarize so as to provide reference for safe and efficient development of fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping agent and help.
