Design and development on completed set equipment of Logistic for electric energy meter

电网公司迫切需要将原由大量人力来完成电能计量表拆包组箱等物流工作转变为成套自动化设备,不仅能保证电能计量表整个物流入库过程间质量,也是实现自动化检定和存储重要环节之一。文章通过自动化和智能化技术实现电能计量表的输送、导正调整方向、信息录入更新和机器人自动抓取组箱等成套设备的开发,从而有效降低劳动强度和成本、提高生产效率。

The power grid companies are the urgent need to solve practical problems on the transformation of much manpower to automatic for disassembled and group packets boxes of electric energy meters.The new work method can not only guarantee the logistic quality of reservoir inflow process ,but also can reasonably make use of one of important steps on automatic verification and storage.This paper discusses the developing logistic completed set equipments on transportation, adjustment accurate direction, information database inputting and upgrading and grasping and grouping box with automatic robots for electric energy meters using the automation and intelligence technology.It can reduce the labor intensity and cost and improve productivity efficiency.
