为推进农电用工规范管理,更好地维护农电用工合法权益和长远利益,促进农电事业可持续发展。国网公司提出农村供电所业务委托工作意见,本溪供电公司于2012年6月开始实施农村供电业务委托工作,在广泛调研、充分论证的基础上,组建了农电服务公司、制订了开展农村供电业务委托方案。在实施过程中,依法依规,主动换位思考,积极保障和维护农电工的合法权益与合理诉求,在机构设置、人员配备、业务流程、管理标准等方面增强了农电用工的归属感,建立了农电用工能力素质、薪酬待遇的提升机制,既稳妥地推进了农电体制改革,又保持了农电队伍的和谐稳定。

State Grid Corporation of China put forward the business in rural power supply in Benxi power supply company commissioned the work, start work commissioned the implementation of rural power supply business in 2012 June, based on extensive research, the full argument, set up rural power Service Corporation, formulate developing rural power supply business commission scheme. In the implementation process, in accordance with the law and regulations, take the initiative to transposition thinking, actively safeguard and maintain the legitimate rights and interests of rural electrician and reasonable demands,in institutional settings,staffing,business processes,management and other aspects of the standard rural employment enhances the sense of belonging, established mechanisms to enhance the employment ability of rural power quality, remuneration, is reliable and to promote the rural power system reform,but also maintain the harmony and stability of rural power team.
