文章以笔者所在地质勘查企业管理实际为背景,就地质勘查企业管理的实践和思考进行了介绍和分析。地质勘查企业管理内容全面而丰富,包括生产经营、队伍建设、母子公司关系(对集团公司而言)、制度建设等。

This paper based on the author in geological prospecting enterprise management practice as the background, the geological exploration practice and thinking of enterprise management were introduced and analyzed. Geological exploration enterprise management comprehensive and extensive, including the relations between the production and management, team building, the parent and subsidiary company （the group of companies）, system construction and so on.
