摘要
从图书馆的服务模式、发展趋势来看,互动性一直存在于图书馆服务之中,并且表现得越来越明显,开始出现以此为特征的互动性服务。互动性服务是建立在知识服务之上,以解决用户问题为主,提供解决方案或知识服务产品的新型服务,具有互动交流、参与服务、解决用户问题、信息增值等特征。
From the development trend and service mode of library service,interaction has always existed in the service,and begins to appear the interactive service characterized by it.The interactive service is a new service mode taking the solution of users' problems as orientation.It provides solution or knowledge service products.It has characteristics of free communication,participant service,solution of users' problems and information value-added.
