基于需求理论的采访馆员工作模式探析

以读者需求为导向开展图书采访工作是当前各地公共图书馆采访工作的重点。本文通过对当前国内公共图书馆采访工作存在的问题进行分析,认为采访馆员应提高自身修养,从读者需求出发更新采访模式,以便提高采访质量,更好地满足读者需求。

Developing book purchasing based on reader＇s need is the important point of purchasing work of public library.Based on the analysis of purchasing work of public library in China at present,this paper studies the innovation of purchasing mode according to reader＇s need,and puts forward that the purchasing librarian should improve self-cultivation and purchasing quality,in order to meet reader＇s need.
