宁夏山洪沟道防汛管理经验与思考

Management of mountain flood discharge channels of flood prevention in Ningxia

山洪灾害给群众生命财产安全造成极大威胁。2013年以来,宁夏防汛抗旱指挥部在全自治区开展了山洪沟道防汛规范化管理工作,从责任落实、监测预警、警示标志设置、宣传培训等方面,推动全自治区山洪沟道防汛管理迈向规范化,有效地降低了山洪灾害造成的损失。

Mountain flood disaster has been a major threat to people＇s lives and property. Since 2013, a series of management approaches have been conducted by the Ningxia Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters, including allocation of responsibilities, monitoring and early warning, installation of warning signs, and education and training. These measures have greatly enhanced the management level of flood control in mountainous areas of Ningxla Autonomous Region and effectively reduced the losses caused by mountain flood.
