摘要
为研究水剂比、气温和水温对静态破碎剂膨胀性能的影响,进行了相同条件下5种水剂比和水剂比为0.30时6种气温与3种水温下静态破碎剂的膨胀性能试验,得到了相应条件下的体积膨胀率和拌合物温度-时间曲线。试验结果表明:静态破碎剂膨胀可分为拌合物硬化、裂纹扩展、体积快速膨胀和膨胀速度减慢四个过程。拌合物温度-时间曲线分为温度迅速上升、恒温、继续上升和下降四个阶段。通过对比不同水剂比的体积膨胀率,得出水剂比为0.30时膨胀效果较好;气温为16℃时体积膨胀率较好;采用高水温拌合可加快静态破碎剂的膨胀过程。
In order to study the effect of water agent ratio,air temperature and water temperature on the expan-sion performance of static cracking agent,the expansion performance experiments with 5 kinds of water agent ratios in the same condition were conducted and expansion performance experiments with water agent ratio of 0. 30 in 6 kinds of air temperatures and 3 kinds of water temperatures were also carried out,then corresponding volume expansion ra-tios and mixture temperature-time curves were obtained. The test results showed that the expansion process of static cracking agent could be divided into four phases:mixture hardening,crack growth,rapid volume expansion and slow volume expansion. The mixture temperature-time curve could also be divided into four stages:fast temperature as-cending,temperature keeping constant,temperature raising and temperature descending. When considering the vol-ume expansion ratio,water agent ratio of 0. 30 was much better than other water agent ratios. The volume expansion ratio in air temperature of 16℃ was much better than other conditions. The high temperature water would accelerate expansion process.
