摘要
运载火箭测量系统是一个多结构多层次的复杂系统,运用传统的可靠性评估方法对其进行可靠性评估具有较大的局限性。结合箭载测量系统可靠性评估的工程需求,在贝叶斯统计公式的基础上,提出针对金字塔形系统结构的可靠性评估流程;同时,通过引入继承因子,讨论先验数据的使用比例对系统可靠性评估的影响。该方法可为以运载火箭为代表的复杂系统可靠性评估提供参考。
The measurement system of launch vehicle is a complex system with multi layers and structures. To evaluate its reliability in traditional evaluation methods has great limitations. In this paper, to meet the needs of engineering application, a Bayesian reliability evaluation flow is proposed to assess the reliability of 'pyramid-structure' system. Besides, the inheritance factor is also introduced to discuss the influence of the proportion of transcendental data. In general, the Bayesian method is helpful to evaluate the reliability of complex system such as launch vehicle
