摘要 基于ANSYS Multiphysics模块建立电磁阀电磁力有限元分析模型,对电磁阀磁场特性进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明该分析方法能够精确计算整个电磁阀磁路空间的磁场、漏磁效应及衔铁所受的电磁力。气隙和电流对电磁力的影响分析结果表明,电磁阀动作过程中电磁力随气隙的增大而减小,减小的速率与电流大小相关,电流越小,气隙对电磁力的影响越显著。该分析方法可应用于航天电磁阀的设计和分析,具有一定的工程应用价值。 Based on the ANSYS Multiphysics module, a FEM analytic model was established for calculating electromagnetic force of solenoid valve, and then the magnetic field property of solenoid valve was numerically simulated. The results indicated that the analysis method can precisely calculate the magnetic field and magnetic leakage property of the magnetic circuit, and the electromagnetic force endured by the armature. The effects of gap and electricity on electromagnetic force were studied. Its results showed that electromagnetic force decreased with the gap, the rate of decreasing was affected by the electricity; when electricity was smaller, the gap's effect on electromagnetic force was more notable. The method in this paper can be applied to the design and analysis of solenoid valve, and possess certain value in engineering application.
