某肿瘤医院去甲万古霉素使用情况调查分析

Investigation and analysis of norvancomycin use in a tumor hospital

目的了解某医院临床去甲万古霉素的使用情况,评价其用药的合理性。方法选择2013年1-7月使用去甲万古霉素的87份病历,参照相关指南,对用药情况进行回顾性调查与分析。结果 87份病历中,用药合理30例(34.48%),不合理57例(65.52%)。其中适应证不适宜42例,疗程不适宜33例,溶媒不适宜27例,用法用量不适宜1例。结论去甲万古霉素在该院的应用存在不合理现象,应加强用药监护,保证合理用药。

Objective To investigate the application of norvancomycin in the hospital,and evaluate the rationality of drug use. Methods Medical records of 87 patients who received norvancomycin treatment from January to July2013 were retrospectively analyzed based on the relevant guidelines. Results There were 30 cases（34. 48%） with rational drug use. In the 57 cases（65. 52%） with irrational drug use,there were 42 cases with inappropriate indications,33 cases with inappropriate course of treatments,27 cases with inappropriate solvent,1 case with inappropriate usage and dosage. Conclusion Supervision and guidance should be strengthened for controlling irrational use of drugs.
