希望理论在高校心理健康教育中的运用 被引量:1

摘要 希望作为一种积极的特质,对大学生的成长成材有着重大的影响。Snyder提出的希望理论包括目标、路径思维和动力思维,高校心理健康教育可在学习中、生活中及活动中帮助学生设置合理目标、拓展路径思维、增强动力思维以提高学生的希望水平,促进学生的健康发展。 As a positive psychological trait, hope plays an important role in the growth of college students The Hope Theory by Snyder includes goals, pathways thinking and agency thinking. In order to improve the level of hope and psychological health of university students, university teachers can help students set reasonable targets, expand pathways thinking and enhance agency thinking in different aspects of life.
