As a positive psychological trait, hope plays an important role in the growth of college students The Hope Theory by Snyder includes goals, pathways thinking and agency thinking. In order to improve the level of hope and psychological health of university students, university teachers can help students set reasonable targets, expand pathways thinking and enhance agency thinking in different aspects of life.
