泽泻提取物制备泽泻醇A的研究

Preparation of Alisol A from Alisma orientalis Extract

目的:提高泽泻中泽泻醇A的提取收率。方法:采用硅胶柱和HPLC制备色谱分离技术,从泽泻乙醇提取物中分离得到24-乙酰泽泻醇A及其异构体,通过碱降解的方法得到泽泻醇A,根据色谱和光谱学数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从泽泻乙醇提取物中制备泽泻醇A的转化收率为0.14%。结论:与传统工艺相比,收率提高近70倍,在一定程度上解决泽泻醇A制备困难的问题。

Objective： To improve the yield of alisol A from Alisma orientalis. Methods： Silica and HPLC column chromatography were used to purify the chemical constituents and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data of mass and NMR. Alisol A-24-acetate was isolated from fraction of ethanol extract of A. orientalis and was used to prepare alisol A by alkali degradation. Results： The conversion yield of preparing alisol A was 0. 14%. Conclusion： Compared with the traditional process, the yield of new process can increase 70 times, to a certain extent, which can solve the difficulty of preparing alisol A.
