摘要
目的:提高泽泻中泽泻醇A的提取收率。方法:采用硅胶柱和HPLC制备色谱分离技术,从泽泻乙醇提取物中分离得到24-乙酰泽泻醇A及其异构体,通过碱降解的方法得到泽泻醇A,根据色谱和光谱学数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从泽泻乙醇提取物中制备泽泻醇A的转化收率为0.14%。结论:与传统工艺相比,收率提高近70倍,在一定程度上解决泽泻醇A制备困难的问题。
Objective: To improve the yield of alisol A from Alisma orientalis. Methods: Silica and HPLC column chromatography were used to purify the chemical constituents and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data of mass and NMR. Alisol A-24-acetate was isolated from fraction of ethanol extract of A. orientalis and was used to prepare alisol A by alkali degradation. Results: The conversion yield of preparing alisol A was 0. 14%. Conclusion: Compared with the traditional process, the yield of new process can increase 70 times, to a certain extent, which can solve the difficulty of preparing alisol A.
