纳米氧化锌对小鼠的急性损伤研究 被引量:2

摘要 为检测纳米氧化锌对小鼠的急性损伤作用,经口一次性染毒纳米氧化锌混悬液,以孙氏改进寇氏法计算其半数致死量(LD50),组织切片经苏木精-伊红染色法(HE)染色后观察染毒小鼠的病理损伤。结果测得,该纳米氧化锌的半数致死量为5 177 mg/kg,其95%可信限为5 116~5 238 mg/kg,发现短期暴露高剂量纳米氧化锌能造成小鼠小肠、肝、肾、肺、心脏和脾等组织器官的损伤。
