摘要 在pH10.0的Na2B4O7-Na OH缓冲溶液中,以四羧基铁酞菁作为模拟酶催化过氧化氢氧化苯酚,然后再与4-氨基安替比林偶联显色,产物在505.0 nm处有最大吸收,据此建立了一种测定苯酚的新方法。在最佳条件下,苯酚在2.55×10^-7~7.15×10^-5mol/L浓度范围内与吸光度的增加值(ΔA)呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为:ΔA=1.089×10^4c+0.006 5(c为苯酚的浓度,mol/L),r=0.999 0,检出限为8.78×10^-8mol/L,将方法用于水样中苯酚含量的测定,结果令人满意。 In the borax-sodium hydroxide buffer solution of p H10. 0,phenol was oxidized by hydrogen peroxide using tetracarboxy phthalocyanine iron as mimetic peroxidase,followed by coupling with 4-aminoantipyrine. The product exhibited maximum absorption at 505. 0 nm. A novel method for determination of phenol was established. Under the optimal conditions,the increase in absorbance( ΔA) was proportional to the concentration of phenol in a certain range from 2. 55 × 10^- 7~7. 15 × 10^- 5mol / L. The linear regression equation was ΔA =1. 089 × 104 c + 0. 006 5( c was the concentration of phenol,mol / L),the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 0,the detection limit was 8. 78 × 10^- 8mol / L. This method has been applied for the determination of phenol concentration in water samples with satisfactory results.
