新型Cu^(2+)离子荧光探针的合成及表征 被引量:2

摘要 以水杨醛和2-喹啉甲醛为原料合成离子荧光探针LQ,并通过红外、核磁、质谱进行表征。通过荧光实验对金属离子进行识别,实验结果表明,该荧光探针对Cu2+有良好的响应,当Cu2+浓度在0~20μmol/L范围内线性相关系数r=0.999 2,最低检出限为0.18μmol/L(n=6)。 Fluorescence probe LQ was synthesized by salicylaldehyde and 2-quinolinecarboxaldehyde. The compound has been characterized by IR,NMR and MS. Metal ions were identified by fluorescence experiment. The results demonstrate that LQ for Cu^2+has a good response. It exhibited a dynamic response concentration range for Cu^2 +from 0 to 20 μmol / L with a detection limit of 0. 18 μmol / L( n = 6) and the linear correlation coefficient was 0. 999 2.
