摘要
以磺酰基叠氮、丙炔酸酯为原料,在Cu(OAc)2·H2O/Dppp催化下合成了标题化合物。产物结构经IR、1HNMR、13CNMR及元素分析证实。优化反应条件为:投料物质的量比n(磺酰基叠氮)∶n(丙炔酸酯)=1∶1.2,THF为溶剂,室温下反应10 min,总收率78%~90%,同时给出了可能的反应机理。该法具有反应时间短、收率高、操作简单、后处理方便的优点。
A series 3-oxo-3-sulfonamido propionic acid esters were synthesized by the reaction of sulfonyl azide and propiolic acid ester using Cu( OAc)2·H2O / Dppp as catalyst. The structures of all compounds were confirmed by IR,1HNMR,13 CNMR and elemental analysis. The optimal reaction conditions were as follow: ratio of sulfonyl azide to propiolic acid ester 1 ∶ 1. 2,THF as sovent,10 min of reaction time under room temperature. In addition,the probable mechanism for the reaction was proposed. This method had the advantages of short reaction time,high yields,simple work-up and easy postprocessing.
