iPS细胞诱导的肿瘤干细胞模型及应用 被引量:1

摘要 肿瘤干细胞(Cancer stem cells,CSCs)被认为是一小群具有自我更新能力及无限分化能力,并形成异质性肿瘤的细胞。基于微环境对干细胞及肿瘤细胞的重要影响作用,本课题组以日本学者山中伸弥教授课题组开发出的NanogmiPS(Mouse induced pluripotent stem cell s,miPS)细胞系为研究材料,模拟肿瘤干细胞微环境诱导出具有肿瘤干细胞特性的miPS-CSCs细胞模型。本文对近年来关于CSCs模型方面的研究做一综述,比较不同模型建立的方法,并探讨肿瘤干细胞模型对于CSCs微环境及CSCs与肿瘤细胞间相互作用机制的研究,对于新生血管形成的研究等方面的意义,以及抗CSCs肿瘤药物筛选和针对CSCs疫苗开发的应用前景及临床意义。
