水痘减毒活疫苗的安全性和免疫原性观察

Evaluation on the safety and immunity of varicella vaccine

目的探讨水痘减毒活疫苗的安全性和免疫原性。方法选取我地区1岁以上儿童及中小学生,均未患过水痘,身体健康无疾病的易感者200人,接种水痘减毒活疫苗,观察其安全性和免疫原性。结果所有疫苗接种者均未出现即时反应。接种水痘减毒活疫苗者,至今无1例发病。结论水痘减毒活疫苗具有良好的安全性和免疫原性,对预防和控制水痘的传播起到至关重要的作用。

Objective To discuss the safety and immunity of the varicella vaccine. Methods We vaccinated 200 healthy susceptible children in Shangji region who have never had chickenpox, and evaluated the safety and immunogenicity of the vaccine. Results None of the children appeared immediate reaction, and so far no case of the disease was found. Conclusions The varicella vaccine has good safety and immunogenieity, and it plays a crucial role on the prevention and control of the spread of the chickenpox.
