摘要
滑模工艺主要是用在施工圆形、方形钢筋混凝土结构的筒仓工程中,具有快速、高效、安全的特点。某车间钢屋架工程正是利用滑模工艺这一特点,避免了钢屋架拆除造成的材料浪费,消除了因场地狭小而动用大型机械设备的施工风险。施工过程中,在原有钢屋架的基础上进行滑升平台、顶升平台设计、制作和安装,克服了滑升过程中原有结构造成的障碍,对滑升过程中滑升平台的水平及扭转进行了有效控制。
The slip formwork technique is mainly used in the construction of circular and square reinforced concrete structure for silo project,which has the characteristics of fast construction,high efficiency and safety. Based on the characteristic of slip formwork technique,the technique avoids material waste caused by demolition of the steel roof truss in some workshop,eliminates the construction risk caused by narrow field and the use of large mechanical equipment. In the process of construction,on the basis of the original steel roof truss,this paper introduces sliding lift-up platform, lifting platform design,fabrication and installation,which overcomes the obstacles caused by original structure in the sliding process,the level and torsion of sliding platform are controlled effectively in the sliding process.
