摘要
目前较多的应急桥采用了"321"钢桥,而"321"钢桥改建非常困难。山区又很难找寻合适的桥址建造新桥梁,拆除重建将会造成道路中断。提出一种可应急使用的快速施工钢-混凝土组合桥梁,应急通车采用工字钢承重,上部铺设预制桥面板,改造后的长期使用桥梁采用工字钢与混凝土板组成的组合结构承重。应急通车施工快,后期可在不对交通造成较大影响的情况下转换成长期使用桥梁。不仅满足了应急条件的要求,保障了交通,也节约了资源。
At present,"321"steel bridge is used in construction of emergency bridge,but reconstruction of"321"steel bridge is very difficult,and it is hard to find a suitable bridge site to build a new bridge in mountain area. Roads will break off again by demolition and reconstruction of bridge. This paper puts forward rapid construction technology of steel-concrete composite bridge with emergent service. The bearing structure is I-steel for emergency traffic. The prefabricated bridge deck is paved on the top of bearing structure. The composite bearing structure of the bridge with long-term use after transformation is composed of I-steel and concrete slabs. The construction is fast for emergency traffic. The steel-concrete composite bridge can change into the bridge with long-term use in no case of traffic impact in later stage.The construction technology not only meets the requirements of the emergency conditions,ensures smooth traffic flow,but also saves resources.
