摘要
路基石方爆破不仅要破碎岩体,而且还要控制路堑边坡的成型。基于公路工程爆破,在总结多边界石方爆破理论及其体系、深孔爆破、预裂爆破、光面爆破等技术的基础上,结合111国道改建工程,进行了深孔控制爆破技术应用研究。采用毫秒精确延时起爆技术,有效控制了爆破振动对路堑边坡稳定性的影响,同时爆破效果得到有效改善。
Subgrade rock blasting not only needs to break up the rock,but also needs to control the cutting slope forming. Based on the highway blasting,this paper summarized the theory and multi-system boundary rock blasting,deep hole blasting,presplit blasting,smooth blasting technology,combined with National Road No. 111 road reconstruction project,the authors carried out deep controlled blasting technique applied research. Using millisecond precision delay detonation technology for controlling the effect of blasting vibration on cutting slope stability,and blasting effect was effectively improved.
