摘要
港珠澳大桥沉管隧道长期处于Ⅲ类海洋氯化物腐蚀环境和水压条件下工作,沉管控裂要求极高,需要严格控制混凝土浇筑温度。通过分析沉管隧道设计要求和施工现场特点,提出混凝土控温标准,比选原材料降温方式,阐述了选用制冷水和片冰冷却的依据,介绍主要控温设备的技术参数,并通过沉管预制实际应用证明其控温方法和设备的配置合理。
As the immersed tube tunnel of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge works at a long term under harsh condition filled with class-Ⅲ marine chloride and high hydraulic pressure, concrete pouring temperature should be controlled strictly and precisely to meet the exceedingly stringent requirement of crack prevention. Concrete temperature control standard is presented in this paper by analyzing the design criteria of immersed tub tunnel and combining the specific field condition. Furthermore,the basis of selection for cooling water and flake ice is also conducted through different cooling method comparison on each raw material. And the technical parameters of major temperature control devices are introduced.Finally,it is proved that the temperature control method and the device configuration are reasonable by the practical application of prefabricated pipe.
