摘要
首先,对网络化背景下信息需求的变化情况进行归纳;其次,采用面向乘客心理和面向乘客乘坐过程两种理论方法对城市轨道交通乘客信息需求进行系统分析,得到乘客多元化的信息需求;最后,以结合实际调查的方式分析北京地铁信息服务存在的问题,并相应地提出解决策略。研究成果有助于改善地铁信息服务的质量,也为完善乘客信息系统提供重要依据。
In order to improve the quality of subway service and passenger satisfaction, study on requirements of urban rail transit passenger information is very important. This paper firstly descrNed the changes of information requirements under the background of network operation. Secondly, the results of the diversified information requirements of passengers were obtained by two theoretical methods: one was based on the passengers' psychological characters; the other was based on the process of taking a subway. Finally, the authors conducted a questionnaire survey to fred the problem of Beijing subway information service and put forward appropriate suggestions for them. This research can help to improve the quality of subway information service, and provide an important basis to the study of the Passenger Information System.
