The paper introduced the development process of Internet finance and gave the five main inner factors of Intemet finance development. The paper summarized the internet finance products and made suggestions for the finance institution on how to deal with the impacts of the internet finance properly, occupy the highlands of internet finance, break through the bound of traditional business, widen the space of profit and achieve the interactive development between online and offline.
