综合护理干预在降低手术室患者手术应激中的应用

The application of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention on reducing operation stress of operation patients

目的：探讨综合心理护理措施在缓解手术室患者手术应激中的应用效果。方法将100例行手术治疗的患者采用随机法分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用手术室常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上进行综合心理护理干预，比较两组的手术应激情况以及护理满意度。结果观察组手术开始时的心率、舒张压和收缩压低于对照组，术中肌肉紧张程度好于对照组，术后疼痛评分低于对照组，均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。观察组术后焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组，在生理、心理、社会环境、文化方面的舒适度评分均高于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论心理护理是人性化护理的重要体现，能够有效提高护理质量，降低手术室患者的手术应激，保证手术顺利进行。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention on alleviating operation stress of operation patients.Methods A total of 100 cases of operation patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given comprehensive psychological nursing intervention based on the control group, two groups were compared with operation stress and nursing satisfaction.Results The heart rate, systolic and diastolic blood pressure at the beginning of the operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, intraoperative muscle tension was better than that in the control group, postoperative pain score was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant （ P〈0.05） .Anxiety, depression score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, comfort score in physiological, psychological, social environment, cultural aspects were higher than those in the control group, nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05） .Conclusions Psychological nursing is an important embodiment of humanized nursing;it can effectively improve the nursing quality to reduce the operation stress in operation room patients to ensure smooth operation.
