悬吊式靴形手挂吊兜的研制及临床应用

Development and clinical application of suspension type boot-shaped hand hanging bag

目的：探讨悬吊式靴形手挂吊兜的研制及在上肢损伤后肢体肿胀患者的临床实施效果。方法将研究病例随机为实验组和对照组，对照组采用传统的护理模式（药物消肿、患肢抬高及前臂吊带悬吊）；实验组采用应用悬吊式靴形手挂吊兜的护理模式。将两组的实施效果进行对比。结果实验组消肿效果优于对照组，不需药物脱水剂，就可以尽快消除上肢损伤肢体软组织肿胀。平均消肿时间、疼痛评分和住院天数及住院费用均明显低于对照组，患者满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论靴形悬吊式手挂吊兜在上肢损伤后肢体肿胀患者的临床实施其消肿效果优于他法，不需药物脱水剂，就可以尽快消除骨折肢体软组织肿胀。且吊兜的高度随患者的体位改变可随时调节。护理方便，操作简单，体位易以维持、经济实惠。具有很好的推广价值和应用前景。

Objective To investigate the development and clinical application of suspension type boot-shaped hand hanging bag. Methods The study cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the control group used the traditional model of nursing （pharmacologic detumescence, limb elevation and forearm sling suspension）; the experimental group adopted the nursing mode of suspension boot-shaped hand hanging bag.The two groups were compared with the implementation effects.Results Detumescence effects in the experimental group was superior to the control group, without drug dehydrant, fracture limb soft tissue swelling was eliminated as soon as possible.The swelling time, pain score and length of hospital stay and hospital costs were significantly lower than those in control group, patients＇satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusions Detumescence effects of suspension type boot-shaped hand hanging bag is superior to other methods, can eliminate fracture limb soft tissue swelling as soon as possible.The height of hanging bag can be adjusted with the change of patints＇body position.It is convenient for nurseing, simple for operating, economical and practical.It has a good prospect of application and extension.
