心理护理干预在产褥期急性乳腺炎患者中的应用

The effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with acute puerperal mastitis

目的：探讨心理护理干预在产褥期急性乳腺炎患者中的应用效果。方法选择本院乳腺外科2011年2月至2013年11月收治的200例产褥期急性乳腺炎患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，其中，观察组100例患者采用心理干预措施，对照组100例患者采用常规护理措施，比较两组患者的心理变化情况和生活质量的改变。结果护理后，观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分均较对照组患者出现了明显改善，差异具有明显统计学意义（P＜0.05），而且观察组患者的生活质量各维度的评分也较对照组患者出现了显著改善，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论心理护理干预有利于缓解产褥期急性乳腺炎患者的消极情绪，改善患者内心焦虑和紧张，有利于提高患者的生活质量，值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with acute puerperal mastitis.Methods From February 2011 to November 2013 in our hospital 200 patients with acute puerperal mastitis were included in the study, in which 100 patients of the observation group with psychological intervention measures while the control group of 100 patients with conventional care measures.The quality of life and psychological changes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment, in the observation group the scores of SAS, SDS were significantly improved （ P〈0.05 ） , and the quality of life of each dimension in the observation group were significantly improved （P〈0.05） .Conclusions The psychological nursing can help alleviate the negative emotions and anxiety for postpartum patients with acute mastitis which will help improve the quality of life of patients, and it is worthy of clinical application.
