摘要
目的观测维吾尔医经典方剂异常胆液质成熟剂(Munziq Sapra)对银屑病小鼠模型的作用。方法用盐酸普萘洛尔建立小鼠耳部皮肤银屑病样模型,观察异常胆液质成熟剂对小鼠模型体质量、脾脏和胸腺指数、以及该模型病理状态影响;同时,ELISA法检查各组小鼠血清IL-10、IL-17、IL-23水平。结果异常胆液质成熟剂(2、4、8 g/kg剂量)对实验小鼠一般状况、体质量变化无明显影响(P>0.05);4 g/kg剂量能降低小鼠胸腺指数(P<0.05);2、4、8 g/kg各剂量组对小鼠血清IL-10、IL-17、IL-23水平无明显影响(P>0.05),但可促进小鼠鼠尾表皮颗粒层细胞的形成、改善盐酸普萘洛尔致小鼠耳部皮肤银屑病样组织病理变化。结论异常胆液质成熟剂对实验性银屑病有一定的治疗作用。
Method 130 healthy Kunming mice were used in this study. The mouse model of psoriasis was established by applying 5% propranol hydrochloride emulsion to the mouse ear. The tail and ear skin histology was examined using HE staining, and the serum levels of IL-10, IL-17, IL-23 were measured with ELISA. Result The mice of Munziq Sapra treated groups (2, 4, 8 g/kg) did not show obvious abnormalities of general condition and body weight changes ( P 〉 0.05 ). The 4 g/kg Munziq Sapra treated group showed decreased thymus index ( P 〈 0.05 ). The 2, 4, and 8 g/kg Munziq Sapra treated groups showed no significant changes of the serum levels of IL-10, IL- 17, and IL-23 (P 〉0.05) ,but showed promoted formation of epidermis granular layer in the mouse tail skin and improved histology of the ear skin. Conclusion The Uygur medicine Munziq Sapra shows therapeutic effect on experimental mouse models of psoriasis.
