鼓圈音乐治疗对新型毒品女性成瘾者心理干预的研究

EFFECT OF DRUM CIRCLE MUSIC THERAPY ON THE PSYCHOLOGICAL INTERVENTION IN NEW TYPE DRUG FEMALE ADDICTS

目的:探索鼓圈音乐治疗对改善新型毒品成瘾者的心理干预效果。方法:将38名强戒收容的女性新型毒品成瘾者随机分成试验组(n=19)与对照组(n=19),对试验组进行6个月的鼓圈音乐治疗干预,同期对照组不进行干预,干预前后分别对两组分别以卡特尔16种人格因素测评量表、SCL-90项症状自评量表进行测评。结果:试验组的敌对、焦虑、抑郁等症状有改善(P<0.05),躯体化症状有显著性改善(P<0.01),人格因素无统计学差异;对照组在以上测评结果中没有任何明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:音乐治疗对新型毒品成瘾者的情绪及躯体化症状有明显改善,对人格塑造无明显效果。

Objective： To explore the effects of drum circle of music therapy on the intervention of psychological condition of the female new type drug addicts. Metho.ds. ：Thirty eight female new type drug addicts were randomly divided into experimental group （ n = 19 ） and control group （ n = 19 ）, the experimental group received 6 months circle of drum music therapy intervention, the control group had no intervention.
