山东能源新矿集团面对跨省、跨区域、跨行业发展的新形势,不断强化班组文化建设,开展了以安全、学习、高效、和谐为目标的"四型"班组建设,形成了班组建设与企业目标一致、紧密相融,整体推进、内涵发展的工作模式。
In the face of the new situation of across provinces,cross regions,cross-industry development,Shandong Energy Xinwen Mining Group strengthened building team culture, which carrying out in a safety,learning,efficiency,harmony as the goal of "iv" team construc-tion.
