摘要
根据循环经济的基本原则,从投入强度、重复利用、综合效益和持续状态四个方面选取27个指标构建耕地集约利用评价指标体系,运用熵值法和变异系数法分析1986-2008年黑龙江省耕地集约利用程度,并通过障碍度模型对影响耕地集约利用的障碍因素进行诊断。结果表明:(1)研究期间黑龙江省耕地利用集约度总体上呈上升趋势,但1994-1998年表现为波动下降;(2)投入强度是影响黑龙江省耕地集约利用的最大障碍因素,综合效益和持续状态是次要障碍因素,重复利用对耕地利用集约度的影响最小。
In order to find obstacle forces for cultivated land intensive use and increase its level,according to the basic principles of circular economy,an evaluation index system for cultivated land intensive use including twenty- seven indices was constructed from four aspects of input intensity,reuse,comprehensive benefit and continuous status. Status of cultivated land intensive use in Heilongjiang province from 1986 to 2008 was analyzed using entropy method and variation coefficient method,and its obstacle factors that affected the cultivated land intensive use were diagnosed using obstacle degree. The results show that:( 1) The intensive utilization degree of cultivated land in Heilongjiang province showed an increasing trend in total during the study period,but decreased in fluctuation from 1994 to 1998;( 2) Input intensity was the greatest obstacle factor,comprehensive benefit and continuous status were the secondary factors,and reuse had the least effect on cultivated land intensive use.
