加强环境事件的档案管理日益受到世界各国档案部门的重视。本文介绍了日本应对水俣病事件过程中的经验与教训，重点分析日本水俣病事件的档案管理，以及对我国环境事件档案管理的参考和借鉴。

Strengthening archives management of environmental events has drawn increasing attentions around the world. This article describes the Japanese response to Minamata disease event and analyzes how the Japanese learnt from this environmental pollution event and delivered the experiences and lessons to the world through the detailed and well-managed documentation. Finally, the Japanese reference to China is analyzed and proposed.
