我国大陆政府信息依申请公开程度评价——基于31个省(自治区、直辖市)政府信息公开工作年度报告分析

The Evaluation of Government Information Disclosure Degree by Application in China's Mainland---Based on Data of 31 Provincial （Autonomous Region, Municipality） Government Information Disclosure Work Annual Reports

本文通过对我国大陆31个省、直辖市、自治区政府2011-2013年度政府信息公开年度工作报告的数据统计，分析依申请公开政府信息数量、申请途径、同意申请公开率、行政救济等方面情况，进而评价我国政府信息公开整体情况。

According to the data statistics of government information disclosure work annual report from 2011 to 2013 by 31 governments of the provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions,this article ana- lyzes following four aspects： number of government information disclosure by application,application chan- nel,agreed application disclosure rate and administrative remedy,and further evaluates the overall situation of government information disclosure in our country.
