摘要
目的建立咳喘宁合剂中茶碱含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为Agilent TC-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(25∶75),检测波长为274 nm;流速为1.0 ml·min^-1,柱温为30℃。结果茶碱在0.204~3.264μg范围内有良好的线性关系(r=1.0000),平均回收率为100.33%,RSD为1.39%(n=9)。结论本方法简便、测定结果准确,可作为咳喘宁合剂中茶碱的含量测定。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of theophylline in Kechuanning mixture. Methods The analysis was performed on Agilent TC-C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (25: 75 ) with the UV detection wavelength set at 274 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml . min^-1 and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear range of theophylline was 0.204 - 3. 264 μg ( r = 1. 0000). The average recovery was 100.33% and RSD was 1.39% ( n = 9). Conclusion The established method is simple and accurate . It can be used for quality control of theophylline in Kechuanning mixture.
