摘要
目的三钾合剂中总钾含量测定的不同方法比较,寻找钾含量测定的最佳方法。方法采用中和法、四苯硼钠重量法、火焰原子吸收分光光度法(FAAS)及电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)等测定三钾合剂中总钾的含量,并对方法的精密度、线性范围及加标回收率等进行比较。结果 4种方法在测定范围内呈现良好线性关系,回收率均在95%~105%范围内,RSD均小于0.1%。结论 FAAS法为测定三钾合剂中总钾含量的较优方法。
Objective To find the best method of determining the total potassium content of the three-potas- sium mixture by comparing four different methods. Methods Acid-base titration, sodium tetraphenylborate gravimet- tic method, FAAS and ICP-AES were used to determine the total potassium content of the three-potassium mixture, and then the accuracy, linearity, range and recovery of the four methods were compared. Results There was a good linear relationship in the measurement range with the four methods. The recovery ranged from 95 % to 105% , while RSD was less than 0.1%. Conclusion FAAS method is the optimum method for determination of the total potassium content of the three-potassium mixture.
